The bill authorizes the lead car in a funeral procession to use purple lamps or purple flashing lights to warn motorists of a traffic hazard

The Roads and Transportation Committee Substitute made technical corrections only. The title and enacting clause were corrected and the words "funeral procession" were inserted on page three, section nineteen, line twenty-two of the original bill, following the words "passing a".
